1. Conditions of Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the day of receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to return your order for us to honour an exchange or refund. Returned items must be new, never worn or soiled. They must also be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the clothing label.

2. Make a Return or Exchange

The request is quick and simple to make either from your customer account or by simply emailing We will send you a return number by email within 48 hours after checking the legal deadlines respected as well as the status of our inventory for an exchange request. The returns number must be affixed to the returned package.

3. Return Shipping Label

The world of fashion, on a global scale, has a colossal environmental impact. From product design, to the choice and recycling of packaging, including transport, V de Vinster tries as much as possible to reduce this impact and is part of an ecological and responsible approach. It therefore seems important to us to limit the number of trips of our products. As such, the return costs will be your responsibility except if you wish an exchange or if the garment has a quality defect.

Please note that return costs and related risks are your responsibility. We recommend using a returns service that offers package tracking guarantees. Please note that only returns by post to our workshop are accepted.

5. Refund

The refund will be carried out after checking the conformity of the returned garment. If you have opted for a refund, this will be made to the bank account associated with the payment method used within 15 business days. Shipping costs incurred during your order will be refunded if all parts are returned. We will exchange the garment if this has been requested (while inventory lasts).

6. Shipping Delays

Colissimo is a very reliable service. However, as with any shipment, there may be a delay in delivery or the product may be lost. In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date that we indicated to you in the shipping email, we ask you to notify us of this delay by sending us an email. We will then contact the Post Office to start an investigation. A Post Office investigation can last up to 21 days from the date the investigation begins. If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-shipped immediately to your home (the majority of cases). If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, the Post Office considers the package as lost. Only then can we send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we would reimburse you for the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss. If the product(s) were still available, but had changed sales price on the site, we would apply the new sales prices, either by reimbursing you for the difference, or by requesting additional payment regarding this price difference. We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of loss of products or strikes. The exchange or refund of items will only be effective after the end of the postal services investigation.

7. Acts of God

The following are considered acts of good: 

  • Fire, flood or any other accident causing the complete or partial destruction of the company, its stocks or supplies, or the cessation of its operations. - the strike and the lockout, without there being any need to find out from whom, Management or workers, the movement originated.
  • The lack of motive power or raw materials resulting from a general cause, such as the stoppage of transport, the interruption of electric current, the breakdown of motors. - and any other cause suspending work at the factory, without it resulting from the will of the company. V. DE. VINSTER.

The facts referred to in the preceding paragraph are also considered to be cases acts of god, when they occur in any other establishment on which the performance of the contract depends, proof must be provided in these two cases that the company concerned has was actually stopped by the facts in question.
