Reimbursement of a return is made within a maximum of 7 business days upon receipt of the return by our logistician.
Please send us a photo of the visible defect to admin@vdevinster.fr and we will assist you as soon as possible.
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restocking notification directly on the product page to be notified by email of the item's availability.
